Logistics Specialist
Job Description
Are you the logistic operational executer we are looking for? Are you driven by our passion to give our customers the best possible Supply Chain experience there is? Do you hold experience within Supply or are newly graduated within Supply Management?
We are looking for a Logistics Specialist in our Supply Chain unit. As a Logistics Specialist you will execute the logistic operational activities such as stock management, invoice verification and supervision of carriers and suppliers.
- Invoice management: PO’s generation, check invoices and management of payment issues.
- Cost control of warehousing and distribution activities, including in depth analysis of cost development.
- Point of contact with 4Pls or carriers to manage operational issues: slot booking and quality check.
- Update and regular review of KPI’s and service level to define and follow-up on actions to improve.
- Active Inventory management to maximize stock reliability and accuracy with minimized cost. Execute daily reconciliation analysis between SAP and the warehouse system.
- Pallet management assuring maximized control of CHEP and EUR pallet movements and balances.
Qualifications
- Associate degree
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and pivot tables
- Good communication skills in English and Danish
- Experience or educational graduation in Supply chain will be an advantage
- Positive attitude with interest to learn and develop within a growing company
