We are looking for a dynamic Student Assistant to our Nordic Premium Marketing team. The ideal candidate has a proactive and positive mindset and see challenges rather than obstacles. The aim of the Student Assistant is to support the marketing team as a valuable team member driving individual projects and areas of responsibility along with ad hoc assignments.

As a student assistant you will work closely with multiple cross functional stakeholders across the Nordics making priorities happen. To be successful you have a can-do attitude, are able to prioritize your work, have strong project management and interpersonal skills, enabling you to deliver as planned, while contributing to a dynamic and positive Marketing team.

It is important to us that you as a student assistant are inspired and likes a good challenge. Depending on your strengths and interest we will to some extend tailor specific responsibilities within the Nordic Marketing function.  The following task are areas which you as a Student Assistant will take part of in your role:

  • Managing social media content calendars & campaigns across Nordics
  • Development of creative content through internal alignment and external contact with agencies
  • Supporting the Single Serve Team with ad-hoc tasks e.g., sales conference presentations, PO’s, drafting of briefs etc.
  • Content creation and maintaining brand websites across Nordics (DK/SE/NO)
  • Evaluating activations and delivering recommendations identifying and sharing best practice
  • Developing and delivering market research for “single serve” category
  • Support preparing annual marketing plans
  • Managing on- and off-line brand activation

Qualifications

  • Studying a university degree relevant to media & marketing
  • Fluency in a Nordic language along with English both oral and in writing
  • A positive and proactive mindset
  • Able to prioritize and take full ownership of responsibilities
  • Team player and enjoy working with others
  • Good skills in MS Office excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical thinking
  • A passion for coffee and the retail channel

The expected working hours are 15 hours/week.
