Job Description

Develop Instant Coffee Category Management vision and in Design strategy of Category partnership between JDE and Retailer. Provide Sales Force with shopper insights expertise and tools, incl. argumentation package for negotiations

1)     Category and Channels Growth Strategies:

·       to develop Category Growth Strategies in National Key Accounts based on consumer and shopper insights as well as on professional expertise and knowledge of the existing trade channels, defining, proposing and aligning the business building opportunities;

·       based on Category and Channels Growth Strategies, NPDs activation plan and support within Category Growth Strategies work out;

2)     Category and Channels Planning and Activation:

·       to create and align with all necessary parties (Marketing, Sales Force, etc) and manage Segments action plan and CALENDARS;

·       to develop and manage Category and Channel growth strategies KPIs; and provide Sales Force with all necessary tools and enablers for successful implementation and activation

3)     Category and Channels enablers:

·       to ensure right products (Must Stock List) across all retail environment

·       to develop effective Category Merchandising and in-store placement standars

·       to work out Category Promotion strategies

·       provide Sales Force with necessary instruments for Category and Channels Growth Strategies implementation

4)     Promo calendar planning and activation: тanage Channel activiation Calendar, portfolio focus and Sales KPIs across channel.

5)     Alternative channels Growth Strategy:

·       create Alternative channels and E-commerce Growth Strategy in terms of promo, pricing, costs, visibility

·       create and manage Picture of Success across all segments of coffee category and provide Channel Sales Force with activation enablers.

Qualifications

·       Enthusiastic about coffee and tea

·       University degree in Economics / Technical / Marketing

·       3+ years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing or category/business development

·       Deep understanding of FMCG market in Ukraine

·       Good knowledge of Sales practices, Marketing, Shopper Insights

·       Excellent analytical and communicative skills

·       Personal Leadership and drive for results

·       English is a must
